All it takes is about 10 minutes of hands-on time and less than five simple ingredients to come. Tate's Bake Shop cookies are two inches in diameter, and they're thin and crisp. Get a jolt from layers of graham crackers and silky, espresso-infused mousse. Sprinkle the top with the chocolate, cut into wedges and serve cold. Run a small sharp knife around the outside of the cake and remove the sides of the pan. Smooth the top, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
